Called the company three times and the first two times they claimed a bad line only after I raised that my equity was due to a damaged delivery and hung up.
Third time was helpful
Ordered a treadmill for $2300.
After waiting, One month later, I get no delivery notification or updates. To call and find out that there is no Order pending and that the item was "discontinued"
Meaning if I didn't call them, they would just sleep on the payment they already received.
They offered no remorse, or even an apology.

Excellent service! Ordered a Neff combination oven, it was the cheapest online, from ordering to delivery I was kept informed as to progress. The delivery man txt me before coming, and he was on time! Would use your company again!

This company is a joke.
Had many a bad experience. Received a voucher and bought some small earphones.
Some items are listed as "Australia post" items and some sent by them. this item even though its small said its sent by them.
I contacted them 3 times to request this to be sent Australia Post. 1st guy said yep i'll sort it out, second guy said i make a note and 3rd ones said its on the way from courier.
A removalist company who specialises in large items like fridges is driving 5 hours to deliver my small $70 earphones. To make things worse it has to be in person with signature so i have to schedule the time to be home.
The lady on the phone from the removalist company was even laughing at how ridiculous it was.
What a costly waste of time for all involved

I've been ordering a few items for appliancesonline. I noticed one item severely dropped in price. On the weekend I contacted them about this but was informed there is an unpublished 7-day rule about price match while I was on day 11. The support associate could not point to anywhere that mentions that 7-day rule. This is misleading to consumers as we're not informed of this limit.

On Saturday 6th February 2021 I purchased a Sunbeam BM2500 Compact Bakehouse 750g Breadmaker for $89 so I can make heaps of bread quickly and easily for breakfast when I move into my own unit in March 2021. The staff were kind to me and the service was terrific because they gave me a special deal.
Brought a fridge freezer from this bunch opened the package and it looked nothing like the photo would not fit a 4 litre bottle of milk. I asked to return the item as its not fit for purpose and was told I would need to pay costs to send back not happy won't buy from them again
Purchased a Candy dryer which was very noisy from first use reported and had to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to confirm this had an exchange and I was charged again for recycling also new replacement appliance delivered had paint scratch but could not be bothered anymore not a good experience
Poor customer service
I purchased 4 kelvinator air conditioners. They advertise next day delivery however it’s not that actual case. They provide you dates available which is a month later.
I tried reaching out but got a pathetic response. “We don’t sell new appliances?” I mean seriously what kind of response is this. After requesting for further and specific information the next response, “your order was made online please contact appliance online.” I mean seriously online or not the email provided on my receipt was that!
I don’t appreciate arrogant and dismissive customer service. Agents should learn how to write to customers.
Cheapest price by a good margin on our F&P fridge when you factor in free delivery.
Great customer service. Received multiple texts about delivery time—they were clear, accurate, and helpful.
Delivered within a few days, at the time I’d requested, by their own drivers who were professional, polite, and did a good job navigating a tight corner and a steep driveway.

Paid extra for pre booked delivery date 30th Oct. Not delivered. Not heard anything from the company despite sending 3 emails. Phone line has a wait of 57 minutes. The online option of rebooking your delivery isnt available and redirects you again to a different tel. number
which also has a 43 minute wait. My advice is dont bother with this company. Never again.
